Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


How to Raise a Request

To process your request quickly, please share:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Resolution Options

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
  • Slight variations in color, taste, or texture may occur in natural products and do not qualify as defects
