Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Product received in damaged or tampered condition

Item arrived defective or different from the order

Original packaging is intact (if applicable to your product type)

The item has not been used or opened
Damage Inspection & Video Documentation
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the package immediately and record a video while opening it. If you notice any damage, tampering, or issues with the product:

Document the damage clearly in the video by showing the damaged item and packaging

Send the video to support@urbanfarmer.co.in within 24 hours of receipt

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will review your video and determine the next steps for your return
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@urbanfarmer.co.in with:

Your order number

Photos or video evidence of damage or issues (as mentioned above)

Reason for return
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Conditions for Returns
We can only process returns for items that are:

Damaged upon arrival (supported by video evidence)

Tampered or opened in transit

Defective or not as described
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or for items that have been used or opened after receipt (unless damaged on arrival).
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as herbal products if unsealed or used)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods already opened or used

Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
